You need not be a writer, creative, or artist to benefit from a Pen to Peace workshop. Truth is, just putting the pen to paper is illuminating. Disconnecting from the digital world and turning inward can be profoundly meaningful.

 

Workshops incorporate light breathwork and stretching to calm the nervous system; creating space for the mind to wander. Guided journaling prompts are followed by brief brief discussion. There is no expectation to share your words. However, I have often found there is a magic in writing amongst others. A shared experience as such fosters a warm and safe community, the perfect environment for self-reflection and experimenting on the page.

 

Pen to Peace workshops are offered in a variety of themes with each resulting in elevated levels of happiness, clarity, and self-love.
